Lake James Landing is your extended stay destination on Lake James.

We’re located just north of Marion, at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our beautiful lake front gated community features a new section with over 70 50×100 foot sites ready for you to move right in.

Each site includes 100 amp service, water, sewer and cable- access to 4 boat ramps and docks to get you in the water quickly, so that you can enjoy the water and all that Lake James has to offer.

Come visit us and see our exciting improvements underway, including a new large pool with covered pavilion, remodeled bath house, new children’s playground and basketball court.

We’re nestled close to the Blue Ridge Mountains (and the Blue Ridge Parkway) on beautiful Lake James. We’re close to just about everything, including access to hiking, fishing and biking right in our own back yard. In addition to those more athletic activities, we strive to create a wide range of social activities.
